
Margaretha
(Mary) van Thull-Johnson
moved to the U.S.
from The Netherlands in 1986. She lived in Louisiana prior to moving to Houston in 1990. In 1998,
she graduated Summa Cum Laude from University
of Houston with a
Bachelor in Psychology. Mary was invited
to participate in a Distance Learning Project for the Texas Education Agency
while pursuing her Master’s Degree. She
graduated in 2000 with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Technology,
specializing in Training and Development.
Prof. Johnson is
the Chair of the Computer Information Technology Department at Kingwood College. She also teaches spreadsheets,
databases and Intro to Computers. She lives in Kingwood with her two children,
Anneke and Nelson, and her husband Gary.
